A class with big flavors! First, we will make Larb, a seasoned ground pork served in lettuce leaves with crisp veggies and a nuoc Cham sauce. Next is Pho Ga, a traditional soup cooked many hours with chicken and spices, served over rice noodles and garnished with herbs. Last, we will make a traditional rice paper dumpling with pork and prawn, with a spicy sweet chili sauce.
