Let's do a cookout! We will cowboy up and learn how to cook in cast iron and dutch ovens. There will be beef flank steak with a spicy coffee rub, served with an addicting side of cowboy caviar made with freshly-chopped veggies, citrus, and beans. To top off the night we will have strawberry cornbread cake.
