A night with exotic spice and big flavors. Chef Lesa will discuss the traditional cuisine of this region. Ti open is a fresh, bright Tabbouleh salad with bulgur, parsley and veggies with a lemon dressing. Next up is the famous garlic sauce…bring mints! Of course…hummus to make it a trio. Last is spiced Shawarma chicken to tie the meal together!
