Big…bold and bright! So many flavors. First dish will be Perkedel Jajung, a crispy corn fritter with a chili sauce to dip. Next up will be Gulai Kambing…a beef curry with crushed spices and herbs, coconut cream served over rice. Last dish will be Bali Highland…a mixed fried rice dish with ground pork and veggies, with a handmade sauce.
