Join Chef Lesa for a night of bright, summer flavors with a small - ok, maybe medium - bit of spice. We will start the night with Thai Basil Beef Rolls, made with rice paper and served with a Nuoc Cham sauce. The main course - and class favorite - is Thai Yellow Curry. This curry is made with coconut cream and lots of summer veggies. Enjoy some sticky Coconut Cake for dessert.
