Chef Jonathan will be deconstructing the classic version by learning how to prepare the traditionally savory and creamy Caesar dressing, and how to make the perfect crunchy croutons….skills you can apply to many meals! We will be introduced to variations on the classic Caesar salad theme, and presented with ways of making a Caesar salad the main dish of a meal. We will be making shrimp, chicken and steak to round off this perfect summer salad.
