October 3rd

Pho Class is Back
with Chef lesa

Thursday, October 3rd | Demonstration $75
5:30pm - 7:30pm

Due to many requests, Chef Lesa will be teaching her popular Vietnamese class! We will learn all the steps in making Pho Ga, otherwise known as Chicken Pho. It will be served on rice noodles with fresh herbs. Next dish will be Satch Moan, a bright lemongrass chicken over greens with mango. The final dish will be a Vietnamese Egg Roll, this is different from a traditional one - with more flavor and served with Nuoc Cham sauce.

October 8th

Turkey Time
with Chef Ricky

Chef Ricky is back and excited for the holiday season! Join this amazing chef as he shows us how to smoke a Turkey for juicy, tender meat that’s full of rich, complex flavor. He’ll also prepare a stuffing recipe that will leave everyone at the dinner table begging for more, not to mention all the favorite side dishes that complete only the best holiday meals.

 
 

October 10th

Hawaiian Sushi
with Chef Troy

Chef Troy returns to The Culinary Stone kitchen and he’s bringing Ponzu Quail Egg Shooters with him! After we take a shot to start the night, he’ll show us how to create a traditional Hawaiian Ahi Tuna Poke. Chef Troy will guide us as we make our own Sushi Musubi, using Hawaii's beloved Teriyaki-Marinated Spam. But wait, there's more! We will finish this festive evening with a Grilled Pineapple Coconut Shrimp Futomaki Roll.

Posh Pastries
with Chef K

Join Chef K to create high-end pastries that make the perfect gift for your friends and loved ones during the upcoming holiday season! The first dessert will be the beautiful Napoleon, crisp layers of pastry with decadent cream. Next, Chef K will show us how to make a traditional Tiramisu, an elegant Italian dessert with rich layers. Last, but certainly not least…the art of Profiteroles…also known as Cream Puffs. Don’t miss this!

Valley of the Moon

Sonoma Valley, CA - also known as Valley of the Moon - has a long and storied history of winemaking. Located north of San Francisco and bordering the Pacific coastline, this region has a varied climate and geological conditions producing a vast diversity of wines. Come sample a selection of wines from this historic region, ranging from light and refreshing white wines to rich and full-bodied reds, while learning more about the history of this fascinating valley.

The Wine Maven will have a Welcome Wine Cocktail with spicy autumn flavors, she’ll even share the recipe for you to try at home for your upcoming holiday parties. Enjoy light bites during this special tasting event with Sharon’s famous appetizer - blue cheese and kettle chips.

Kids Spooky Baking Class
With Chef K

It’s time to bring the kiddos to The Culinary Stone for a fun Saturday afternoon baking Halloween treats! Chef K will teach our young ghosts and goblins how to make Frankenstein Cupcakes and Tombstone Brownies. They’ll also learn scary good recipes for Rice Crispy Treats and Dirt Cake. All supplies will be available in class, just make sure to bring their favorite apron!

 

October 22nd

Hand Pies
with Chef K

After she sold out her pie class, Chef K got excited to teach us the art of Hand Pies! She’ll share recipes for several different flavors, starting with Pumpkin. Next, we’ll learn how to make miniature pies that fit perfectly in our hands and are bursting with blueberry and cranberry flavors. We can’t forget the savory pie! Don’t wait to sign up for this delicious class!

 

October 24th

Cooking Wild Deer
with chef Troy

It’s hunting season and Chef Troy is ready for it! To start, we’ll gather around a spicy Arugula Salad with cherry tomatoes, shaved manchego cheese, roasted pine nuts and a citrus vinaigrette. Chef Troy will show us how to work with cuts of wild game, creating pan-seared Venison Medallions with a merlot demi-glace paired with a Scalloped Potato Galette, Caramelized Forest Mushroom and Onion Sauté.

 

October 29th

Autumn in Tuscany
with Chef Lesa

Tuesday, October 29th | Demonstration $75
5:30pm - 7:30pm

Join Chef Lesa for a fantastic night featuring beautiful fall cuisine from Tuscany. The first dish will be a hearty White Bean Soup with root vegetables, kale, sausage and more! For the main course, Chef Lesa will show us how to make Tuscan Chicken braised in wine, served with a creamy sauce and fresh pasta. For dessert, Limoncello Cake!

 

Cancellation Policy
Our chefs purchase fresh ingredients in preparation for each class, they need an accurate headcount for quantity and for this reason we require 48-hour cancellation notice to receive a full refund or class credit.

The Culinary Stone must be notified at the time of your class booking of food allergies that you have. While we will reach out to the chefs, we cannot guarantee that they can accommodate special requests.
