Chef Colomba has nostalgic memories of her years living in Mexico’s Yucatan peninsula and some of her most vivid remembrances are of breakfasts by the sea at her favorite open-air cafe. Here, she will re-create a few of those memorable dishes including Pan Dulce with Cafe de Olla (sweet bread with spiced coffee or chocolate) and chilaquiles.
