October being about beer, we will cook a “Carbonade Flamande” which is a beef stew cooked in beer and served with a homemade ginger bread and Dijon mustard. This is a dish from “La Flandre” a region in the north of France. For desert, we will bake a French classic apple tart. A perfect french autumn meal, come join!
