A flavorful night learning about Malaysian cuisine! Laksa soup to soothe the winter chill! This soup is bursting with giant prawns, spices, citrus and coconut.. it’s amazing! Next we will make Roti Canai a tender, fragrant flatbread to get every drop! Last we will make Ayam Percik. Crispy roasted chicken slow roasted and basted with a spice blend that will set your soul on fire!! We will serve this with my secret rice! Don’t miss it!
