A night with Chef Race making homemade fresh pasta and Italian sausage, roasted vegetable and 3 cheese lasagna, parmesan-garlic Caesar dressing wedge salad, chicken parmesan fritters with a pesto-alfredo dipping sauce finished. Finish the evening off with a cognac dipped lady finger and almond tiramisu.
