New year, new diet? We are going to start the night with a refreshingly smoked & sautéed garlic edamame to set your taste buds off right!  For our entree, a cherrywood smoked glazed chicken thigh lettuce wraps, topped with marinated vinegar cucumber and carrot pairing, and garnished with a crunchy and delectable smoked bacon-wrapped water chestnuts. To conclude our healthy dish, we will be making mouth-watering fried cheesecake egg rolls with a twist! After all, it’s all about balance, right?
