Class - Classic Gnocchi and Panna Cotta with Chef Cara

Learn the secrets to making the lightest, pillow-like Gnocchi (hands on), served with a delicious tomato sauce, that is accompanied by a tender and heartwarming pan roasted chicken in Vin Santo wine.  The grand finale will be handmade panna cotta (the Italian version of Crème Brulee but not as sweet or heavy) with a traditional mocha sauce topping.
