Class - Malaysian Night with Chef Lesa

We will make the sumptuous Laksa soup, a coconut cream base with Laksa curry paste made in class! This soup will have chicken, peppers, rice noodles and chili. You will lick your bowl, I promise! Next, we will make a spicy prawn sambal with tamarind, lemongrass, shrimp paste, and a long bean served over jasmine rice. For dessert we will make the legendary black rice pudding. Smelling salts on hand, you may faint from delight!
