Cooking Class - Middle Eastern with Chef Lesa

Big warm flavors in this class. We will be making the divine Shakshuka, a warm tomato and pepper stew with eggs on top and crusty bread. Next is spiced chicken with turmeric basmati rice, warm, sweet and a bit spicy. Last is Sambousek. This is a Lebanese version of an egg roll. Crispy outside, warm and spicy with beef and spices served with a garlic aioli. Delicious!
