A night filled with warm comforting dishes bursting with big flavors! First we will make a traditional, authentic Tonkotsu ramen. This is a silky pork broth filled with noodles, veggies, pork belly and many surprises. Don’t miss this! Next is my famous salmon bowl with rice, butternut squash and fatty salmon with a sweet, spicy glaze. For dessert is a fluffy sweet Japanese pancake...sumptuous! We will also make the best condiment, spicy chili crisp!
