We will make 3 traditional Florentine Christmas dishes. To start we will make Crespelle di Fiorentina, Italian crepes filled with spinach and posciutto, delicate and heartwarming. Next, we will make a Florentine style roasted pork with apples. To finish we will make Spuma di Cioccolato, a cold chocolate cream famous in Florence during the holidays! Buon Natale! pretty way to prepare and serve potatoes. For dessert: a seasonal specialty, a pumpkin and spice creme brulee.
