Moo Shoo pork, a marvelously seasoned pork loin cooked, shredded and served in tortilla-like moo shoo wrappers with shredded cabbage and a deep, rich sauce. Next is Sichuan beef. This dish is beyond comparison with all the tender slices and herbs, served with fresh steamed rice. For dessert, a sweet black rice pudding with coconut cream...yum!
