Class - Baking Viennoiseries (3 hours)

Join me for an afternoon baking Viennoiseries (things from Vienna). This pastry style itself originated in Austria and was brought to France sometime in the mid-19th century where the French refined and mastered the technique of croissant dough. We will learn to make croissants, pains au chocolat and pains aux raisins. Perfect with a café crème ;-)
