Come learn how to fold Farfalle noodles (butterfly). We will make a sausage, fresh ricotta, and leek sauce for the pasta. As well as a traditional Tuscan tomato-bread soup, Papa al Pomodoro. Finishing with a caramelized apple cake, that is quick and easy to make! Hands on and a lot of fun!
