I am finally making Spicy Chili Crisp! The condiment I always use and love. Next is the delicious spicy, creamy Geng KheawWan Gai. This is a wonderful green curry made from scratch with kaffir lime, lemongrass, coconut cream, chicken and eggplant. Next is Yam Pla Dook...a crispy fried fish flaked with spices and served with the delicious green papaya salad! Don't miss this wildly flavorful class!
