We will begin with teaching the art of perfect sushi rice for our Temaki, a succulent hand roll with scallop, avocado and cucumber. Next, we will prepare a to-die for spicy salmon bowl filled with fresh salmon, rice, crisp veggies, masago and topped with a creamy miso dressing. Last , my favorite... Ahi tuna tower!
