We will spend the evening making, eating and discussing the warm spices involved in these dishes. We will begin with Dal Makhani, a creamy lentil dish made with butter, spices and cream. You will need soft fluffy yeast raised Naan for dipping. Next we will make spiced Samosa patties filled with veggies and Yukon golds topped with a bright yogurt sauce!Lastly, we will make my famous Butter Chicken! Spiced to perfection and melt in your mouth chicken served over basmati rice.
