Learn to cook traditional Roman dishes. To start, Veal Saltimbocca: veal, prosciutto and sage. Then the famous Roman Caccio e Pepe pasta: Pecorino Romano cheese and fresh cracked pepper sauce. We will finish by each making Ciambelline al Vino: twisted wine cookies. Hands on for dessert!
