Cooking Class - Balinese with Chef Lesa

First, Ayam Pelalah, a ceremonial dish with chicken cooked in a spicy paste with a mortar and pestle. Next is Nasi Goreng, a famous fried rice dish with kaffir lime, fried shallot, egg and veggies. This will be followed with Satay Lilit, a minced white fish with spices grilled on a piece of lemon grass. We will top it with a sweet and spicy sauce!
