Cooking Class - Cuisine de Bouchon Lyonnais with Chef Patricia

We will explore the cuisine of Lyon , often referred to as the gastronomical capital of France. First a Salad Lyonnaise with croutons, lardons and poached eggs. Then a famous dish of cuisine de bouchon “Poulet au Vinaigre” For dessert: mousse au lait depoule et pommes caramélisées, an egg cream based dessert with caramelized apples.
