Join us for a quick vacay and enjoy some tropical delights! We will start our class with Huli Huli chicken, to die for! This chicken is marinated in a special soy-based sauce with spices and it’s grilled and served with coconut rice. Next, is Polynesian ceviche, which is Ahi tuna cooked with lime and then finished with coconut milk.. Now for dessert...Ohana bread pudding! So rich and creamy served with a caramelized banana sauce.
