A night bursting with flavor! First we will make Lumpia. This is similar to an egg roll, but SO much better! It is filled with pork, ginger and green onions. We will serve this with homemade chili sauce! Next is Pancit, a traditional rice noodle dish with shredded chicken, spices and lemon. Last is my famous Bibingka cake. This cake is made with rice flour, so it's gluten free! The texture is DIVINE and creamy with a rich coconut and pineapple flavor.
