Cooking Class - Beloved Tuscan with Chef Cara

We will start by making Turkey Galantina, turkey breast salad. We will then make and discuss the Tuscan favorite “Tortellini in Brodo” invented in 1570. Small meat filled rings of pasta served in a delicious broth. To finish we will make SemiFreddo al Caffe, a creamy, light dessert that packs a coffee punch!!
