This will be a rich, umami class filled with Japanese delights. We will start with a traditional homemade miso soup to warm your soul. Next, we will make Ochazuke. This is a bowl filled with sushi rice, seasoned salmon, nori, mushroom and a soy/miso sauce.
To conclude, we will make Chashu pork which is deeply seasoned with sweet soy, rice wine and it melts in your mouth!
