A spicy cuisine from Singapore. First we will make Singapore Prawns, a spicy dish made with chilies, tomato, lime, ginger and many spices simmering around suculent prawns. Next, we will Hainanese chicken, a delicately poached chicken in a fine broth of ginger, garlic and white pepper. Last, we will make world famous Singapore noodles surrounded by vegetables, egg and spices. Big flavors!
