An exciting class with the warm flavors of lands beyond. We will make falafels and garlic hummus from scratch. Next, we will make Lebanese Lubee, a sumptuous beef stew with tomato and many spices. Last , we will make a delightful dessert with yogurt, rosewater and pistachio.
