We will explore the cuisine of Lyon, often referred to as the gastronomical capital of France. We will prepare a salad Lyonnaise with its croutons, lardons and poached eggs. Then we will cook a famous dish of cuisine de bouchon “Poulet au vinaigre". Dessert we will have mousse au lait de poule et pommes caramélisées, an egg cream-based dessert with caramelized apples.
