We must not forget all the DAD’s in June. We will start with a Florentine Minestrone. A hearty fresh vegetable filled soup that dads will love. Next up, Pizzette! Little pizzas (new dough recipe) topped with homemade pesto, roasted peppers, olives and dry mozzarella. We will also make a traditional Margherita pizza. Tomato sauce, fresh tomatoes, basil and fresh mozzarella. To finish we will make a Rhubarb semi fresco, gelato like but even lighter and so fresh!
