First we will make Tahitian ceviche. This is fresh Ahi tuna in coconut milk and spices. Next will be Huli Huli chicken with coconut rice…sweet, a bit of heat, finger licking deliciousness. Last, we will make sweet Hawaiian meatballs with fresh garnishes.
