This night will see Chef Lesa demonstrating how to make three massively flavored and healthy bowls! The first bowl is a Miso Salmon Bowl with sushi rice, veggies and sweet potato. Next will be a Shredded Chicken Green Goddess Bowl with avocado, baby greens, plenty of crunchy veggies, with a twist on the traditional Green Goddess dressing. Lastly, Chef Lesa will make a Vietnamese Banh Mi Bowl with caramelized pork loin and all the fixings, on a traditional banh mi sandwich and dressed with a lemongrass ginger dressing.
