We will start off our dinner with delicious rice paper dumpling filled with pork and herbs, served with Nuoc Cham sauce. Next is Pho Ga…a traditional simmered broth with so many spices, served over rice noodles, chicken and garnished with fresh herbs. Last, we will make Bun Cha… a Vietnamese meatball served in fresh lettuce leaves, veggies and herbs, and finished with a sweet chili sauce.
