Picnic and barbecue season is here! Chef Jonathan will demonstrate how to make a variety of favorite salads, perfect for the summer season. We will prepare a personal favorite of his: Chicken Pesto Tortellini Salad. Also, blueberries and cumin are a match made for summer and will be on the menu. We will also make a smoked pineapple coleslaw, watermelon jicama salad, and potato salad.
