We will discuss and make several gluten-free and Keto recipes!

To begin, we will make a gluten-free Naan bread with homemade lemon garlic hummus. Next, we will make gluten-free/Keto Swedish meatballs with brown rice. We will also make an artisan gluten-free bread, and a butter and herb candle…to dip your bread!

For dessert we will make a gluten-free/keto carrot cake.
