This will be a night that will really amaze you with some molecular gastronomy! Using some fascinating food agents…Chef Lesa will make flavoured pearl toppings for our dishes. First fused dish will be an ahi tuna taco...made from crispy wonton! Next twist will be a chicken tikki masala empanada with a salsa/chutney.
