Chef Lesa will teach you about the flavors and influences of Malaysian cuisine. First on the menu is a handmade curry for Laksa soup with coconut cream, aromatics, prawns and chicken, and a spicy chilli. Next, Chef Lesa will demonstrate how to make Merry Goreng, a fried rice noodle dish with a chilli-based sauce and veggies. Last but not least on the menu is Popiah, a Malaysian spring roll filled with pork and cabbage with spices, then crisped and served with a sauce.
