Chef Lesa will teach you about the art and techniques of Japanese cuisine. First, she will be making Tantanmen ramen. This is made with pork and a silky broth with fresh noodles, vegetables and topped with a shoyu egg. Next up is the delicious Onigirazu, a sushi-style sandwich with sushi rice, salmon and aromatics wrapped in nori. The last dish is Chicken Yakatori. This is a deeply flavored marinated chicken, skewered and grilled, served with a bright Japanese salad with a miso dressing.
