As the seasons change and winter settles in, it's time to think soups! We'll begin by making a Mexican style chicken stock, a rich vegetable stock and then we'll move on to discuss and profile flavors. We'll learn to balance and layer flavors in order to create exciting and unique dishes. We'll put this knowledge to practice as we prepare a delicious smoky hazelnut and carrot soup.
