Three delicious, heartwarming soups taught by Chef Lesa. First soup is Tom Yum soup, hot, sour and spicy with shrimp and mushrooms. Next soup is the much demanded Thai yellow coconut curry with squash, coconut cream and a yellow curry paste finished with fresh herbs. Last is a Chinese noodle soup with bok choy, veggies and a deep umami broth.
