Big flavors and comforting foods!! Chef Lesa will go over the many spices and foods of this country. First dish is the traditional dish…Feijoda, a pork-filled dish with black beans, fresh orange and spices served with rice. Next dish will be Moqueca Baina…a traditional tomato-based fish stew that melts in your mouth. Last dish will be Feijao Tropiero, Brazilian beans and sausage with collard greens.
