Dim Sum is Back with Chef Lesa

A night of delicious dumplings and more! Join Chef Lesa as she makes an open dumpling with pork, prawns and spices. Next, she will make puffed rice paper cups filled with Ahi Tuna and a Sriracha mayo sauce. Lastly, Chef Lesa will make Xiao Long Bao…a sublime soup dumpling with pork and filled with a succulent broth. Sauces for each dish will be made along with an Asian green salad and a miso dressing.

Cancellation Policy
Our chefs purchase fresh ingredients in preparation for each class, they need an accurate headcount for quantity and for this reason we require 48-hour cancellation notice to receive a full refund or class credit.
