Come join Chef Jonathan as we cook a Hawaiian feast! We will be making Shoyu Chicken, the Polynesian version of teriyaki chicken. This sweet and savory dish comprises a bold, flavorful combination of garlic, ginger and soy sauce, which works to marinate chicken thighs. We will also be cooking with the original Juicy Fruit - jackfruit - and one of the most important Hawaiian ingredients - SPAM. It will be fun working with this traditional Hawaiian ingredient that is normally cast aside on the mainland. To finish off, get ready to enjoy caramelized pineapple over coconut rice pudding!
