Due to high demand, Chef Lesa will be sharing her love for middle eastern cuisine. First will be a lemony cous cous salad with veggies and feta. Next will be chicken tagine, spiced chicken with olives, lemons and aromatics cooked in a traditional tagine. To go with your dinner will be saffron rice.
