Let’s dig into some Bavarian comfort food! Chef Jonathan will be celebrating his German ancestry with family food from his childhood. He’ll prepare a warm German potato salad, which is both savory and tart; pork schnitzel; and bratwurst, using multiple cooking methods, including braising and sous vide. We will also be making our own mustard. Get ready for Octoberfest, starting September 16th.
