Due to many requests, Chef Lesa is making her famous Pho Bo. This is a beef Pho that is rich and decadent, served over rice noodles and finished with herbs. The next dish is Vietnamese garlic chicken wings…spicy, sweet with a little lime. The last dish will be Chao Tom. These succulent shrimp sticks are a mixture of shrimp and many spices, then grilled and served with Nuoc Cham sauce. Dessert will be Banh Cam. These little balls are made from coconut, mung bean and covered with sesame seeds.
